Invite the desired keyword into your office. Say, "keyword, you've been doing a lot of good work around here. don't think we haven't noticed your contributions to the team. you've helped this company grow and thrive, and i want to personally congratulate you on this achievement for working so hard... you've been approved for a raise and a promotion. your new title will be Senior Keyword, and your raise will take effect the first of next month."
Then a firm handshake and maybe a pat on the back depending upon your company culture and relationship to the keyword.
