Competitor is targeting term "real estate broker" in the home page(page1) as well as they are having dedicated page for the same term like /real-estate-broker(page2).
In page2 they are having keyowrd based URL, used keyword in the h1 tag, having proper keyword density, but den too there home page is ranking for the term "real estate broker" and not the dedicated page
