This is a very open question.
There's no single best form of traffic. As long as your traffic consists of your target demographic and has the intent to perform whatever action you can help with with, it's good traffic.
A combination of social media, paid and organic search traffic, affiliate referrals, email, and direct traffic is essential if you want to maximise every opportunity.

I think the question you want to ask is - how do I improve conversion of traffic for each source?
