All who answered that forum commenting and blog commenting is backlinking technique please give a proof

And we are in 2016 and you are still living up to submission backlinks ( that's funny enough )



IF you want good backlinks to your website you must do follow
1. Make good friends from blogs and forums coz these are the place you can get friends of same niche , you can help each other

2. Make your website more visible and update it regularly

3. COntent of your blog/website must be shareable

4. You can use skyscraper tech for backlinking and more traffic

5. Try to earn .edu , .gov and wikipedia links

6. Try to make backlinks using broken link building techniques

and lost what not the least

7. Blogger outreach , Mention them in your blog and email them to know it they will give highly quality results to you
