I would like to include here : Primary keywords or secondary keywords in terms of target. Primary keywords are those having huge searches and high competition or secondary keywords are those having low searches or low competition.

We mention both type of keywords in our webpage and target them to get rank on SERP.

Example : "Web Development company" it is a primary keywords having huge traffic or high competition. And "Web Development company in Australia" it is secondary keyword having low completion and low searches in comparison of primary keywords.

Here first we'll target our secondary keyword and once we rank on it on SERP then we'll move on to our primary keyword.
