If you are looking for a perfect tool for your keyword research then google keyword planner is the best tool for you. It gives lots of option like monthly searches per month, avg competitions, suggested bid etc.

If you are looking for a paid tool then are quite a few good ones like Semrush,market samurai,kewyordtool i.o, kw finder etc.
