OK, here is real advise and read this carefully, because none of the "frogs" will tell you that. I made 7 digits income on the web.

#1. Write content yourself. Pick keywords that you are going after and do a keyword research. The best place is Google search box on Google.com. Just type KEYWORD A, B, C and see what comes out as suggestion.

#2. Create SILOS - learn about silos architecture, this is the only way. If you are on wordpress, download network empire silo builder. Without silo, there is no way.

#3 Learn how to generate search terms yourself and make sure you show up for it first. Lets say you selling flowers, generate term "flowers from moon" for example and make sure your site shows up for "flowers from moon" on #1 spot. After that do link building, it does not matter if you get dofollow or nofollow links (get it?), as long as anchor text that points to that page says "flowers from the moon", "moon flowers - site.com" and so on.

#4. Sign up for Bruce Clay seo toolset and do on page analysis.

With these tools you are good to go!

If you do spam, you are done, it's a short term, not going to work.

On both of your sites, you are so wrong. You need to re-build site architecture period.... What you have is silly. You really need to silo. You need a lot of text. Each element in the silo must have it's own page with 500 words text, targeted for a specific keyword(s) in the silo.

Remember, each keyword is a project of it's own.

You don't have any meta titles and meta descriptions - learn about that.

Each page must have H1 an H2 tags at least.

Each page must have H headings, at least 4.

When you write content, insert images, each page 2 - 5 images.

After that check for W3 errors. That matters a lot.

With what you have right now, you will never rank!

You have A LOT of sleepless nights ahead of you, otherwise you are a "train wreck" and you should quit, lazy will never get anywhere in Google...
