There are so many techniques to do SEO. You will have to create a list of all the points to do SEO ON page and SEO OFF page. But at first you need to run analysis of your website then start to do these 2 workflow. In analysis you will have to check your website content, website structure, website interlinking, urls etc.. then start to do SEO ON page based on your targeted keywords. Once on page will be complete then start to do SEO OFF page like blogging, articles submissions, press release, social bookmarking, guest blogging, listing your website in top business directories, document sharing etc..
