It seems you have good User Interface for your site. At my first view, I liked it but when I saw the full homepage, What first came in my mind is, "I will not hire any tutor from here." This is because you have featured tutors who has only one star feedback out of five, so obviously its an PAID tutor or something else who concerning to gain personal goals. So be Neutral.
