Do you think that project outsourcing is a good option for any business to grow?

Many said that they don't have a professional for each design category like logo design, website design, packaging design, t-shirt design etc. ?
They never have enough creative minds working on the same project?
Their clients ask for too many revisions and changes?
They can’t hire more designers to grow your business because its too costly?

What are your thoughts?
