Yea pretty much Theme forest will be your best bet. Other than that I would look at WordPress.org for some of their themes...a lot of them these days will have versions that you can upgrade for cheap. That's always the best way honestly...that way you can get to know the theme before making your final decision and the ability to add functionality.
