I have list of auto approval blog commenting sites, some of them give do follow links. On these websites I found many posts which have lots of blog comments. So these posts have lots of outgoing links going to variety of websites on different niches.

My question is commenting on these websites are good or not? Share your experience if you use blog commenting as your SEO off page link building task.
