I'll give you the suggestions that a SEO company I've been working with, gave me like a few months ago:
1) Write super duper long descriptions of your videos. Obviously, include the keywords you need into it.
2) Include a keyword into the title of your video. Do not overdo it - if it's about cute cats then just name it like that. This will increase the chances your video will be found.
3) Share your videos on other social media channels with a link to your video.
4) Make it viral. If you will promote your video good enough and will encourage people to subscribe for they - they'll probably share the links of your channel as well.
5) Your list should not be messy - make it right and good, organize it appropriately, so that people can find anything they need easily.
