Greetings all
I don't have a website, but I'd like to ask some questions regarding them.
I would like to know if there is time limit on updating websites, and if they have been abandoned (seemingly) is there any way to take them over? I found one such website on a subject that I have a great interest in, that hasn't been touched since 2003, and would be willing to assume responsibility for it. I have emailed the owner but the email's address is dead.
Who ever it was put a lot of work into the site and it would be a shame to let it go gathering dust forever.
