i would just contact the host on live chat or mail, any host that doesn't reply within an hour might also not do that when you have a real problem. i am very happy with cloudblok.com, fast responds and good prices. A little higher priced but very good is softlayer.com who doesn't know them. they have excellent servers but are much higher priced. But i say worth the money.
