Best would be to write emails to the webmasters of your niche, ask them to link your site and also tell them some good reason for doing so, if you will get few links from top sites of your relevance it will result into huge serp, you may search google for knowing which website is ranking good in your relevance and then you may get emails if admins by whois records for this domain.
