It will take some time for your website to rank but before that you need to do lot of tedious work which can be better done by SEO professionals. I would suggest you to hire some SEO guys and do that for you because it will become difficult for you to handle it all alone. As you told before that you do'nt have much budget but for results you need to spend money.
