"Please Fill The Feedback Form" that popup and tenaciously stays there WITHOUT a way for the user to remove it will cause a very high bounce rate. It will annoy users since they cannot close it, and they will leave your site in seconds. Personally, I think it is the website killer since it could not let me pass it. So, how can I give you a feedback that the form is asking before I even click around the site?
