You should not use add me fast.
Yes you can get extremely easy likes but they just aren't good likes. They will only harm your page in the long run.
I tested this with a facebook page. I got almost 1200 likes in a day but I just reach around 5 people per post.
It's better to have 20 normal likers than 1200 add me fast likes
