Nice design overall.
I'd remove the Sample Page at the top left. Also your header takes up a lot of space and is pretty empty. Your tagline is pretty small too.
I would also add a sort function for the date.
Your tags tab is also empty.
You also don't have a privacy policy. If you're using cookies then this is a must.
Maybe consider making your RSS feed button bigger + Higher up the page.
Consider having two register pages. There is no need for a "Register as an employer" on the normal login page when it's only relevant when they click submit job.
