It's highly suggested that you optimize the images on your website, it makes loading very very slow. It took almost 10-12 seconds for the entire website to load on a 1Mbps connection.
I'd recommend to remove the background wallpaper and keep the background clean.
The site doesn't makes one stay on it for a longer time, due to its uninspiring design.
