Hello SweetuSingh!!! I knw, I am quite late to answer you, but i believe my advice will not go waste. If you are begineer then WordPress is best, otherwise you may go for Joomla. Without TemplateToaster your work with WordPress or Joomla may not come upto the standard. With TemplateToaster, you will be able to make theme/template for your website.
