My recommendation is to use 4goodhosting. Uptime and support have been fantastic - they actually answer their emails or tickets within a few minutes! Really, if you are going to host any website, use them, they deserve your business, I like their reasonable hosting plans. I have never had a problem with the uptime and website performance. I am very pleased!
