I think that it depends what you're trying to do with your site. If you're trying to show a great slideshow in high-resolution, you've done a great job. The presentation makes you look professional. But I think there is a big price to pay. The downside is that it isn't a fast efficient site that get the critical info to your customers so you can make money. The primary info you need to communicate is: name, product and phone number. I think I'd need to look a bit to find your phone number. The menus are a little clunky too.

Lots of people like this type of site, but I want my phone number front-and-center. And I want to blast them with the benefits of using me. I prefer less content, so they don't get distracted in my website.

Just my humble opinion

On my website, I list the phone number and address on the header of every page. I have a php reservation system, that only asks the customer for their email and phone number to make a reservation. This is just my effort to keep people on the track of doing business with me.
