You have two options (at least for the Intel-based Macs):
- use it natively through Boot camp
- install it inside a virtual machine and use it at the same time as your Mac OS. VirtualBox is a free solution for creating a virtual machine, if you want paid ones, try Parallels or VMWare Fusion
