100% free and best ways.
W3schools dot com is world's most visiting website.
Here you see the html basics with examples and you can practice the demos with live output.

Now I have many years of experience in web user interfacedesign but I was started with html basics only.
If you have a strong command on basics then after getting experience you can do well.
