It depends on your backlink quality. There is a term used indexing, if you index your backlinks then search engines will crawl it as soon as possible, but if you are not indexing your website after creation then it takes time to get crawled by search engine. If you create backlinks in high page ranked and popular website then your backlinks get indexed quickly.
