i would love to be live in West Bengal, Kolkata in particular. T me, the city of Kolkata is best in cuisine and overall the best culturally among all the states in India.
The main reason is that I am from Bangladesh and I found Kolkata resembling Dhaka (much better than Dhaka though) and we felt homely during our three visits in the past.
