So much of tasks and varieties. It is good to search such multitasking person, but it will be also a tuff job. You might get a person who is jack for all but master of none. Why don't you think to hire a person who is expert in some area and get other work done by outsourcing it.
for example, you can hire a person who is good at accounts and carry out the responsibilities like accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, etc. and get the task done by outsourcing it such as data entry or data conversion. or vice-versa.
