Don't stress over your PR. I have two websites that are on the first page in google and ranked #1 for their location. ie: Restaurant in New York City. And both those pages I'm mentioning have a pr of ZERO! I would rather have a site with PR of 0 be ranked #1 in the SERPS, than have a pr8 website on page 2 of the same SERP. They are just a year old, and I have only worked 8 months on them. PR takes time for link juice to flow. Just make sure you are doing what you need to do and the PR will come
