You can manually have Google come index it. Just make sure before you do to have a fresh, updated XML sitemap. The first thing the bot looks for is the sitemap. If you have pinged Google to look at your site and it comes by and there is no sitemap, it doesn't look professional. Then go into Google webmaster tools and go to this url https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url
