You should submit your webpage to dmoz.org for start. Then use should put your webpage in some good directories and write articles as guest writer to highranked blogs. Before submiting anylink you should check pagerank of the site.
I think you should stop asking about lists, i searched on google and the lists are not what i expected. And with new google updates, you should be extra careful about do-follow links.
