First, I really don't think that you can get decent traffic without constant page optimization. By this I mean that you have to make sure you have efficient keywords and that you make quality content regularly around those words.
After that use social media and write a blog to support your website. Always create quality backlinks! Make sure that you do guest posting and take advantage of forums too.
