All are important. It will only matter on how you will optimize them. Meta keywords have no value as per Google, but Yahoo and Bing count them so you might want to include them to your on page process.
Meta data plays a big role in CTR. If users find your meta data more appealing, then you'll have a good chance of having a good CTR number.
