Hi,
in my opinion, only do social media isn't a great and good strategy.
If you implement a blog strategy with social media, this could be a good idea. If you help your customers by social media and provide them a good service, this is could be a good idea.
So if the customers recognize useful your service maybe they will give you a "Like"... but more than a "like", they really appreciate your service!
