To get signature in forum you should be follow forum rules, and of course what's the condition of the forum admin to post signature in your post. Most important thing is make your post unique, don't copy from elsewhere otherwise your forum will banned. When you eligible for attach signature with your post then go to your profile option and edit signature portion and put your signature.
