Never depend on one technique, its not a good digital marketing strategy. If you doing off page optimization then do following things which are simple and effective:
1) Article submission
2) Write Blogs
3)Social bookmarking submission
4)Directory submission
5) Forum posting
Don't become greedy and think if you will do 100 of submissions in one day then your keyword will rank... Its not at all recommended.
