Beauty Circles is a new, free and blue WordPress theme for personal sites. This theme has 2 columns and 3 other columns in footer, lot of place to put your widgets. This template has a very simple design that is composed by colors that combine perfectly with each other. The background is like a deep blue ocean with blue color. What is special about this template is the header, that looks like there is explode a bomb with bubbles that are in all the possible colors. You can use this template to wright your personal and interesting stuff. Just feel free to use it. Recommended for personal blog.
