There are two ways: 1) Ethical and 2) Non-Ethical.

Ethical: Follow others, retweet others, comment on blogs with your twitter profile URL, Use Twitter widget on your blog/website. Here you will get genuine followers.

Non-Ethical: Several sites are there which give number of followers for free and some for some money.

So choice is yours
