These are common problems that affect most home owners to buy a house. Are you a real estate agent and months and months for you to try, but only to fail, or if they charge you $ 20,000 or more to sell the property you want to go? Market yourself on your house and you keep your house, without really knowing who they let in the stranger? If you have low or no equity in your property, but what you can do it, you may have very limited options.
