Thumbs up Data Entry / Office Clerk !

Working directly for the Accounting department, your duties will include alpha data entry into a customized system, matching purchase orders against invoices, coding invoices for the general ledger, cheque preparation, account summaries and filing.
Experience working with Excel and/or Simply Accounting would be a definite asset. You have good people skills.
