Live chat option on websites are undoubted useful for one to one customer support. It is most useful for E-commerce websites and portals. Many website are using live chat but they are always offline. It doesn't affect communication because there is an option to drop your message when site representative is offline. Offlime messages direct found on representative's message box. Large and trusted websites are using Live2Support on their websites.
