It is hard to be a multiple personality, not having good health. Best exercises for health should be simple. Such exercises should be available to all women and men, children and people aged. Best exercises for health can be performed almost anywhere. Not necessarily recorded in the athletic hall. Coaching can be done at home or in the yard, even better, if there is a playground with simple shells (bench, horizontal bar). I suggest to get acquainted with the complex exercises that can be flexibly adjusted to their abilities and needs. Training takes half an hour at the beginning. In consequence it is possible to complicate and increase the time of employment.
