Good Question..
I chose one short enough to easily remember and a little unique (so fans can verbally recommend you to others and they might find you by memory only) but most importantly should contain the main components of your best search term.
In our case, we are a stitching supply store, so we chose "juliesXstitch.com".. short, unique, a little catchy, and has the keyword "stitch" in it.
