We know penquin 1.1 rolled out may 28, 2012. was anyone affected shortly after that, positvely or negatively?

Is it safe to assume another refresh will hit near the end of this month?

I made several changes to my sites, but unfortunately after 1.1 so my changes won't be noticed even after getting crawled. is anyone else waiting for the next refresh and why?
