Here are some suggestions for the Healthy Life:
1. Do Exercise.
2. Avoid Eating Oily food.
3. Avoid Eating Junk Food.
4. Drink more water.
5. Take Fresh Fruit Juices and Coconut Water.
6. Do Meditation.
7. Take Food at proper timings.
