Google bombs is an effort to influence search rankings by multiple site linking using a key phrase. For instance, if I register a couple of domains and link all of them to a parent site with some text like...� epitome of love�; the parent site will enjoy high search ranking for the input �epitome of love� even though it may not contain this phrase at all!
The best known case of �Google Bombing� was perhaps the phrase �miserable failure�... bombed to rank the biography of George W Bush higher in search results
