BioMarin prices 6.5 mln share offer At Wed close
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. BMRN priced its public offering of 6.5 million shares at Wednesday's closing price.
Shares fell 4.7% in premarket trading to $36.48, below the offering price of $38.29. The stock is up 11% so far this year.
The pharmaceutical company unveiled plans late Wednesday to offer shares to raise proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital and research and development.
