To Lose weight do the Following Things:
1. Getup early morning and do Exercises.
2. After Doing Exercises walk atleast 2km per day.
3. Don't Eat Oil Foods.
4. Don't Take Fat Food.
5. Drink More Water.
6. Take Fruit Juices.
7. Eat Food in Proper Timings.
8. Don't Burn the Midnight Oil.
