sitemap is list of URL available on your site.if search engine crawls your sitemap then by default he crawls all pages available on your website
there are two types sitemap one is HTML Sitemap & second is XML Sitemap
HTML Sitemap you can create manually but for XML Sitemap you have to search on google For XML Sitemap Generator,
after that you have to go for google web master tool to add sitemap on website
